Real estate prices have risen in Istanbul. Days before the opening of Istanbul New Airport real estate prices have increased in some specific areas. Also, In Istanbul Real Estate prices flown in that Area

The biggest airport terminal in the world , Istanbul’s New Airport located in the direction of Büyükdere, Göktürk. An increase of %116 was observed around these areas.

In the Istanbul New Airport route, which will make the highest number of destinations in the world and make Istanbul one of the most important centers of the global aviation market. Especially around Sarıyer, Eyüp and Arnavutköy districts, there has been a significant increase on real estate in last 2 years.

The new airport construction started on June 7th 2014 and the real estate prices around the construction are increasing day by day. The unit price per square meter for sale in Eyüp was 3,971 TL in September 2016, while in September 2018 this figure was 4.502 TL. The most popular locations in Eyüp became the Göktürk Center (84%), Mithat Paşa (40%) and Mimar Sinan (30%) after the new airport construction.

Buyukdere took the first place in the houses with the highest value in Sarıyer. It was followed by Bahçeköy Merkez (46%) and Kazım Karabekir Pasha (55%).

Sariyer Is Rising

Built on an area of ​​76.5 million square meters in the north of Istanbul, Istanbul New Airport is going  to be working with about 100 airlines and is ready to offer access to more than 300 destinations. Comparing the data of January-July 2018, the research revealed the mobilization in neighborhoods close to the airport.

According to the data, Sarıyer Çayırbaşı Neighbourhood on the route of the New Airport took place at the top of the list with a 116 percent increase in the real estate prices for sale from January 2018 to July 2018.

Buyukdere ranked second on the list with a 65 percent increase in the price of real estate for sale. Gokturk 42 percent, Mithatpasa 39 percent, Mimar Sinan with 33 percent was among the neighborhoods that attract attention. Other neighborhoods for sale on the route, including the rise of other neighborhoods were Kireçburnu (14%), Bahçeköy Merkez (10%) and Uskumruköy (9%).
